Dinamo and Feyenoord played at 21 hours on Maksimir in the 1st round of the Europa League.
The Dutch great did a training session at Maksimir tonight, and before the training, coach Dick Advocaat and captain Steven Berghuis held a press conference at the stadium.
Maksimir is in focus again these days after the national team matches against Sweden and France, so the journalists of the Dutch coach asked how he feels about that stadium.
"I know that there is a problem with Maksimir and that they are trying to build a new stadium in Zagreb. What is important is that the field is great, and I am happy that we will play in front of the audience," said Advocaat, adding:
"As happy as I am to be a spectator, I am not clear about Uefa's decision that did not allow our fans to come to the match."
Advocaat's assistant is former Dinamo player Zeljko Petrovic, who is a great friend of Zoran Mamic.
"Ċ½eljko told us everything about Dinamo and I know their team very well. We are not afraid of Dinamo, although it is one of the toughest opponents we could have won. We will certainly adapt to them, but we will only look at ourselves," said Advocaat.
"Tonight we will analyze Dinamo's players in more detail, but I asked my teammates from the national team who play in Atalanta what kind of team it is. We are well informed," Berghuis added.
